For $475 a night, I expected more that a retro fitted fancy non male friendly toilet and a small carton of long life milk. Asked to clean the room all they did was refill coffee and tea, tidy up the toilet didn't even clean it. Didn't make the bed either. Giving 1 star because the front desk was helpful and friendly.

Location is perfect to experience Berry. They gave us the wrong room key and we entered an occupied room. once we got our correct keys the room was clean and well presented. The pillows were from the early last century, when they made up our room all they did was pull up the covers (not make the bed) and tidy up the bathroom and change the towels. This happened on both occasions. Overall a very poor and very expensive stay in a motel. I hope they can get back to the positive reviews as listed previously. But I will not be returning.

Stayed with elderly mother with walker in accessible room. Plenty of room to move around with the walker. Quiet and very clean. Support bars in bathroom well placed. Access to the breakfast, reception area, and parking spaces via ramps. Staff friendly and helpful.

Very comfortable room with quality and thoughtful bathroom products. Staff cheerful and welcoming. The House made biscuits an added bonus for our afternoon tea. Great location, hope to be back.
