I had a wonderful hairdresser as a person and always felt welcomed but the overpricing and the end results were horrendous. All the products there are marked up extremely high from retail and make sure you ask exactly what it will cost before you get anything done. I went in for some blonde foils which were fabulous and I was happy, then I had the smoothing treatment done the week after - which didnt do much and was given no after care advice. I then came back for more blonde to which I showed photos, and was told you can do this straight after a keratin smoothing treatment, so I was back in
