House Cleaning
Our comprehensive house cleaning service transforms residential spaces through systematic deep cleaning. Using non-toxic products and commercial equipment, we tackle high-touch surfaces, hidden dust, and hard-to-reach areas. Clients benefit from customised checklists ensuring every room meets our exacting standards while accommodating specific household requirements.
End of Lease Cleaning
Specialised end-of-lease cleaning ensures rental properties meet real estate agent requirements. Our certified cleaners follow detailed checklists covering AC filters, window tracks, and garage areas. This service maximises bond return potential through meticulous attention to contractual cleaning obligations and photographic evidence of completion.
Builders Cleaning
Professional post-building cleaning removes construction residues including plaster dust and paint splatters. Our trained teams use appropriate equipment to prepare newly built or renovated properties for occupancy, ensuring all surfaces meet habitability standards while protecting finished materials from damage.
Window Cleaning
Our window cleaning service covers interior and exterior glass surfaces using streak-free solutions. Technicians handle ground-level windows and employ extendable poles for second-storey access. Regular maintenance prevents grime buildup while improving natural light penetration and property aesthetics.
Gutter Cleaning
Critical gutter maintenance service clears debris from roof gutters and downpipes. Using specialised tools, we prevent water damage by ensuring proper drainage function. This preventative service protects property foundations and external structures from water-related issues caused by blocked systems.

We paid for a builders clean which included wiping over walls, removal of dust and a thorough clean. We paid over $800 for the day and are very disappointed with the service and when I called to discuss they didnt even call us back instead sent us a long text message. Absolute scammers !! I have been using Perth home cleaners in the last couple of years for standard cleaning of my house. My regular ladies have been always on time, very professional and helpful. They were thorough, cleaning each room carefully and as i want it to be. The only opportunity for improvement is to try to have this high standards across all their cleaners. Thanks.

I have been using Perth Home Cleaners for several years now with a few stops and starts due to COVID lockdowns. They are an extremely professional company and my house is always spotless after a clean. The cleaners are on time, reliable, honest and their attention to detail is admirable. Recently Perth Home Cleaners did a clean before my sons engagement party and the the house was so clean and fresh, it took all the hard work out of the event and made is such an enjoyable night. I would highly recommend them!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY EVER!!! We used Perth Home Cleaners for a full vacate house clean, the expected time for the clean was allocated for 8 hours. During the 8 hours of the clean we were contacted and the cleaners requested an extra 1.5hrs at charge to finishing cleaning. After inspecting the property, I have no idea what they did for 9.5 hours... as nothing had been cleaned!! floors weren't mopped, windows and window tracks hadn't even been touched, oven not cleaned and bench tops not even wiped down.. in the request for this cleaned it was specifically asked for a high quality clean and
