What is your cancellation policy?
A $50 deposit secures bookings. Cancellations within 48 hours forfeit this fee unless a substitute is arranged. Deposits may be transferred to rescheduled appointments.
Are practitioners qualified?
All practitioners hold relevant certifications and decades of experience. Specialisations include 500hr yoga teacher training, registered Bowen therapy, and clinical homeopathy.
Do you offer family or group packages?
Float and sauna packages are available for individuals. Family consultations are available for homeopathy, with custom pricing for group sessions.

I booked a float session for my teenage daughter and she absolutely loved it. When a teenager, who has million things going on at once in her mind says its relaxing, it really must be read as super special relaxing. Thanks Life Essence and Sonja for the awesome experience on her birthday.

A nice new experience for me. I got the 1-hour float and 30-minute sauna session through Groupon. The building is an old Queenslander house which gives it a nice feel. The staff was fantastic, and you could tell she really loves her job
. This was my first time in a float tank and I was very happy with the whole thing. If you like meditation you would like this. They have an infrared sauna which is fantastic. She did give me 37 minutes in the sauna, but it did take a long time to heat up to the full 60 degrees. If it was full heated up before entering that would have been ideal.

Got a voucher via Groupon as a gift. I wasnt expecting too much and was wide awake when I walked in but man... when I left I was totally relaxed and pretty sure I fell asleep. Its worth mentioning that they have a floatation tank that I wasnt aware of - it was recommended to me but I havent tried it yet.

Received a massage voucher as a gift. Went for it and left very relaxed an hour later. Beautiful smells of oils as I entered. Soft music. Lovely experience
