These guys were so great to deal with from start to finish, from quick email response to organising a quote for the split system as well as installing ceiling fans. The guys doing the installation were the nicest guys (I wish I could remember their names)- nothing was too much trouble. The prices were reasonable too. I would definitely use them again!

Very skilled technician attended the premises. Identified the problem with our office heater. Did not waste time and was very conscious to ensure interruption to the office was minimal. Cleaned up after completion of works.

Purchased split system airconditioning in 2019, by december 2020 it had run out of gas due to an installation fault and left us with no aircon for a few days in summer. They had told us they would come to repair first thing in the morning - we waited and waited, they turned up at 3 in the afternoon! 2 months have passed since their 'fix' and the unit has run out of gas again. They were meant to come fix it today before lunch but haven't turned up, my partner and I waited for them and we have places to be. They have now told us they will come at wednesday at 12:30, here's hoping they do come and

These guys are the worse. Arrived 2 hours late and made out they had one small item on the job card. I called the office to check and they read out the list in and in detail. Technician was rude and pig headed and out none of the works where on his card. When I followed up with an email I got a message back saying I was the one who treated them badly and they won't be attending again because I was mean to them.
Disgraceful service and to put the blame back on the customer for their own techs rudeness and uncooperative behaviour is just wrong. I advise anyone to stay away.

Cant recommend the team at Hot and Cold Shop enough, customers service is next level.
Paul helped my wife and I choose the correct wood heater for our home and to suit our needs. Taking the time to explain how these heaters work, the best way to get the most out of it and a few home visits to see where it would be placed.
