Questions
Why are my taps dripping and what can I do?
Dripping taps usually indicate worn washers or seals. While DIY replacement is possible, professional plumber assistance ensures proper resolution and prevents water wastage.
Why is my toilet leaking and what can be done about it?
Common causes include faulty outlet seals or valves. Our plumbers can diagnose and fix leaks promptly, preventing floor damage and water wastage.
Why doesn't the water drain properly in the bathroom sink?
Blockages from debris or hair cause poor drainage. We recommend professional assessment if DIY methods fail to resolve the issue effectively.
What can you do for a blocked/clogged drain?
We use high-pressure jetting, drainage rods, and camera diagnostics to identify and clear blockages efficiently, including tree root intrusions.
What is your standard response time?
Emergency plumbing receives priority with same-day service. Non-urgent jobs are scheduled promptly based on availability across Inner West Sydney.
Do you offer a guarantee?
Yes, we provide a lifetime workmanship guarantee. All products come with manufacturer warranties from trusted suppliers like Reece and Cass Brothers.
