Our QBCC-licensed technicians conduct inspections following Australian Standards, utilising Termatrac T3i technology for accurate results. Treatments target nests and colonies to eliminate infestations effectively.
Timber Inspections
Professional timber pest inspections identify termite activity and moisture issues before they escalate. Using thermal sensors and moisture meters, we assess risks and provide detailed photographic reports. Services include pre-purchase checks and annual assessments, ensuring compliance with building standards. Early detection prevents costly repairs and maintains property value.
General Pest Control
We manage common pests like cockroaches, rodents, and ants with safe, family-friendly treatments. Services include end-of-lease treatments, baiting systems, and exclusion techniques. Our technicians address infestations in residential and commercial properties, offering follow-up advice to prevent recurrence. Treatments are tailored to specific pest species and property needs.
Rodent Control
Our rodent control targets rats and mice through baiting, trapping, and exclusion strategies. We identify entry points and nesting areas, applying treatments to eliminate colonies. Sanitation advice prevents future infestations. Services suit homes, rental properties, and businesses, ensuring compliance with health regulations and reducing disease risks.
Fire Ant Treatment
DPI-accredited technicians eradicate fire ants using chemical applications and baiting programs. We treat nests and monitor treated areas to prevent reinfestation.
