So you can get approved in as little as 10 days without neighbours objecting. Not to mention the potentially lower cost.
Construction

When you build with Backyard Grannys, we ensure everything is taken care of right throughout the construction stage. Excavate and concrete 300mm Diameter Pad Footings (to suit "M-Class" site classification) up to 500mm deep. 230mm square Brick piers with 10mm galvanised threaded rod tiedowns to all perimeter piers.
