Services
Musculoskeletal physiotherapy
Specialist treatment for neck, back, shoulder, hip, knee and foot conditions. Our physiotherapists use hands-on techniques, movement coaching and tailored exercises to reduce pain and improve mobility. We focus on practical strategies for managing flare-ups and preventing recurrence through posture correction and activity modification. Clients learn self-management techniques that integrate seamlessly into daily routines.
Pelvic floor physiotherapy
Comprehensive care for bladder/bowel issues, prolapse and pelvic pain. Services include internal and external assessments, muscle retraining, and lifestyle modifications. We provide sensitive, evidence-based treatment for conditions like urinary incontinence and endometriosis-related pain, with a focus on restoring function and improving quality of life through conservative management approaches.
Pregnancy physiotherapy
Specialised support for pregnancy-related aches and pains. Our physiotherapists help maintain mobility and comfort through posture guidance, safe exercise programs, and pain management strategies. We address common issues like pelvic girdle pain and back discomfort while preparing clients for labour with breathing techniques and birth positioning education.
Postnatal physiotherapy
Tailored rehabilitation following childbirth focusing on pelvic floor recovery, abdominal separation and musculoskeletal pain. Services include scar management, core reactivation programs and gradual return-to-exercise plans. We help new mothers regain strength and confidence while addressing common postpartum concerns like urinary leakage and lifting techniques.
Dry needling
Targeted treatment for muscle tension and trigger points. This technique helps relieve pain and improve mobility when combined with movement therapy. Our physiotherapists use ultra-fine needles to release tight muscle bands, followed by guided exercises to reinforce treatment effects and prevent recurrence of muscle-related discomfort.

Report
Excellent Physiotherapy for women. All the staff are lovely. I had ultrasound treatment for mild mastitis on a Wednesday and they fit me in that day as they see this as highly important. I had treatment 3 days in a row and by Friday evening my mastitis had cleared without needing antibiotics. It made such a difference for me & I walked away with relief & improved symptoms each visit. Highly recommended!
