Worst place Ive ever been. the ladies are very snobby and not very good at listening to what I wanted. My hair was all sorts of different colours and not what I asked for at all! Was so expensive and I regret spending my money here. My friend also told me her experience was the same and the older staff were rude to the younger employees.

Mid last year I booked an appointment with Carla at Urban Chic. It was the first time I had been to the salon. Prior to the appointment I was quoted $80.00 for a Shampoo, Cut, Bdry (long) and a $116.50 for a 1/2 Head Foils (long). Total: $196.50. During the consultation I showed the service provider a picture of the hair colour and technique I was hoping to achieve. I stipulated that the colours I wanted were honey, caramel and chocolate tones. It was agreed that some colour would be added to create a balayage effect. I knew this would be an extra cost, but at the time it wasn't explain to me
