Room was more than adequate. Went to Toowoomba for a family wedding. Looks like the rooms are being renovated. We were on level 7 with a 2 bedroom apartment but not renovated yet, definitely a little tired. Going to check out the pool one day noticed level 3 was being renovated, they looked nice. Great location. A little thing, the ironing board could have a bit more padding.

Accommodation was acceptable but did not have the requested bed configuration (was shown as correct on booking confirmation). No email provided with late arrival booking information so we had to call someone to get into the key box. Room also was not as tidy as it could have been.

Avoid -Lost our money here!! Weekend booking was canceled because of Snap lock down due to Covid 19 and hotel refuses to refund or change dates, I called Hotel straight away after notification... Issue NOT resolved.

I stayed here 3 times due to work bookings. First room had blood on the curtain and a strange smell. The following rooms were somewhat improved. Don't expect a useful kitchen, very old hot plate and I was concerned if the bar fridge actually worked to keep my leftovers safe for the next day (it did but very slow to get cold). Bathrooms dated. Curtains are NOT blackout so bring an eye mask if this matters to you. Easy carpark. Best thing is location to restaurants and shopping centre! But the Oaks next door would have that too so I would compare options..

Absolutely wonderful staff, great location and room so clean and had everything you could possibly need. pool so well maintained. although slightly more expensive than ordinary motels it was worth it. our 2nd time here and we will definitely be back! thank you

A very clean and fresh hotel with staff that are happy to go above and beyond. They have the best customer service and are very accomadating everytime we stay.
