Was strung along for 3 weeks given excuses of broken phones & accidents. Told just before summer & Christmas he's not coming at all. Now stuck as no one else can fit me in, thanks to a month of waiting for nothing from Jay. His reply shows he doesn't think twice about lying, as pictured. Seeing how many other bad experiences people have with him make me regret ever wasting my time on Jay Air conditioning.

Used Jay's for the first time yesterday and was very impressed with the level of servuce. The fact that Ben invited us to view the perfirmance monitiring and gave detailed explanations was fantastic. While our system is not operating at 100% efficiency - age related- Ben was quick to advise that it might not be ecconomical to try and bring the iold system uo to peak perfirmance Very much appreciated.

Ben was very professional. Keep us informed of his movements to arrive at the appointed time. We had issues with our ducted a/c unit and Ben thoroughly inspected the unit and made minor tweaks to the system. It is now operating very efficiently. Ben also ran us through the system and advised of the best way to maintain system. Would highly recommend this company for air conditioning repairs and servicing
