Very diligent team here!! I called with an issue regarding my apartment, I went to the extension of Usha who was very nice and let me know the maintenance department was closed on the weekend. She assisted me with getting a work order created and I was able to have peace of mind knowing my request was taken seriously and the problem would be handled.
