We have 18 clean, comfortable and smoke free air conditioned units including Studio Rooms for 1 or 2 and spacious kitchenette units which are ideal for families and longer stay guests. All rooms have been recently renovated. Our 8 spacious self contained kitchenette units have differing configurations - ranging from just a queen bed to queen + 2 singles.

The customer service here is terrible, the miserable man at reception i tried to check in with was extremely rude and has no place in a position that involves talking to customers. I cancelled my room here after feeling unwelcome and never received a refund. I cant comment on the rooms as i never made it that far. Spend the extra and go to athena motel around the corner which has normal people working there!

I stayed for a few days due to some renovations at my home. There had been a sporting event on but I was still able to get the dates I required. I found my room to be very comfortable. Each day housekeeping tidied my room, replaced my towels and topped up the coffee and sugar etc. I didn't have it each day but the $5 breakfast was just a good way to start the day.
The location was very convenient and even though on busy West St, it was quiet at night. There are lovely gardens with an area to smoke. The management and staff were friendly and very attentive to my needs, especially when I needed

Don't EVER stay at this Motor Inn !!
We booked online and prepaid for the room, but they shut reception at 7pm with no late check in facility.
When we advised that our arrival time would be around 8.30pm, the man said NO you are unable to check in, BUT WE WILL KEEP YOUR MONEY !!!
APPALLING customer service, I will be complaining to ACCC.
At other Toowoomba Motels in the past, they have simply left the room unlocked and we checked in around 9pm, never a problem.
I rang the owner today and advised that he was not able to provide the service and should not be charging for the room, but he argued

Very small, had to give a $200 dollar deposit because we paid with a debit card, and didn't have a credit card available, The Gentleman at Reception was polite, but there is something to be said for making a guest feel welcome, and adding a touch of friendliness. Place was very clean, and landscaping very beautiful.
