Frank will charge you price of branded part but in reality he will put cheap part. He would never show the brand of the part in his bill. Scam.

Called up to book in for an alignment check on a LWB Sprinter and was informed that LWB Sprinters can be done no problem. Turned up only to be told they dont take LWB Sprinters due to the size. Might have been an innocent mistake but taking an unpaid day off as a to then have to book in somewhere else is extremely frustrating
