The Mudgee Vet Partnership was formed in 1981 when veterinarians Ian Binks, Steve Ledger and Ray Gooley, joined Peter Howe. The original location of the practice was in Mortimer Street. As the practice has grown we have expanded and currently have 8 Vets and 21 support staff. With our branch practices at Rylstone and Gulgong we are able to provide the full range of veterinary services to our extensive local area.
The Mudgee Veterinary Hospital has modern facilities and enough room for expansion in the future years. This building project was completed in 2013.

Small Animal Services
Report
It is vitally important for your pet's health that they have regular checkups. This is normally done at the time of their annual vaccination booster. At this check the vet will examine your pet's eyes, ears, nose and mouth, for any problems. The vet will also listen to the heart, and lungs. The abdomen will also be palpated checking for normal size and location of liver, spleen, kidneys, bladder, intestines and prostate.

Took a kitten there after dog had a nibble, vet gave pain relief we took home, kitty hadn't improved the next day so we went back, vet kept over night gave fluids and appetite stimulant, cat bounced back. Total cost 570.. Now considering cats bro was nibbled by same dog one week before requiring numerous stiches and overnight stay at a vet up the road costing 600 I'd say we were ripped...moral is dog two, cats nil. PS dog seems okay with it all, his name is naughty.

Our family will always be greatful for the treatment we recieved in the last month from everyone at The Mudgee Vet hospital. When we had to make the decision to put down our precious doggy we received amazing support and empathy from Liam our vet. Everyone in the office were super helpful. Have nothing but praise for the whole team.
