From Tuesday to Saturday JAM offers a creative luncheon menu and as the sun sets over the CBD and Castle Hill guests sit back and relax over dinner. For romantic dinners we recommend one of the private booths, the window tables are a perfect way to enjoy the views of the river and CBD lights, or relax outside on the terrace.

JAM is one of Townsville's favourite dining destinations, situated at the top of the city's food street, Palmer Street, and overlooking the CBD and Ross River. Established in 2010, Chef/owner Matt Merrin offers many ways to enjoy eating and drinking at the restaurant, which also includes the LUXE private dining room and the Loft by JAM function room.

The Loft by JAM function room is located on the first floor with large balconies overlooking the CBD and Ross River. The stylish boutique space is perfect for gatherings up to 100 guests.
