Jerry was raised on the family farm in Kalannie W.A. In 2001, he joined his father Steve at Stallion and worked tirelessly to build the business. Jerry completed his Cert IV in Construction in 2007 and led the construction team to 2015.

On Steve's retirement in 2018, Jerry stepped up to run the company and is the drive behind Stallion's growth, leading from the front and expanding the company's footprint whilst guaranteeing the quality and prestige Stallion Homes has become synonymous with.Kately joined Stallion Homes in 2011 as a trainee receptionist.
