Disappointing experience. Main thing I wanted was less brassiness, but left with my hair the same colour as when I went in minus a fair amount of money. Additionally, didn't listen to what I wanted with my highlights (I understand that what the client wants isn't always possible but please tell me this and let me know what can be achieved/better option).
