Services
Physiotherapy
Our physiotherapy services address musculoskeletal conditions like back pain, neck pain, and post-operative recovery. Using manual therapy and dry needling, we restore mobility and reduce pain. Tailored programs suit athletes, weekend warriors, and everyday individuals seeking improved function and wellness.
Hydrotherapy
Onsite hydrotherapy pools provide a warm, buoyant environment for low-impact rehabilitation. Ideal for injury recovery or chronic conditions, sessions improve strength, flexibility, and joint mobility without strain. Customised aquatic programs ensure safe, effective healing for all fitness levels.
Remedial Massage
Targeted remedial massage alleviates muscle tension, improves circulation, and accelerates recovery from sports injuries or daily stress. Our therapists use deep-tissue techniques to address specific pain points, enhancing overall physical function and relaxation for long-term relief.
Dry Needling
Dry needling targets muscle trigger points to relieve pain and restore movement. This evidence-based technique complements physiotherapy for conditions like tendon injuries or chronic stiffness, promoting faster healing and improved muscle function through precise, minimally invasive treatment.
Post-Operative Physiotherapy
Post-surgery physiotherapy focuses on regaining strength, mobility, and independence after procedures like joint replacements or ligament repairs. We design progressive exercise plans to safely rebuild function, ensuring a smooth transition from recovery to active living.

I’ve been to Souther Rehab for pre-hab, strengthening my leg muscles prior to surgery. Now back for re-hab post surgery…. At $7 a hydro session it can’t be beaten.

Only qualm was with the very rude older receptionist who greeted us on our first visit. Or rather didn’t greet us! We walked in the door and she just stared at us. Then she said “yes?” She proceeded to be very rude and grumpy. Not a great start! Made us feel extremely unwelcome! Other receptionist I spoke to on phone couldn’t have been lovelier.
