We upgraded an older ducted system with Airtouch4 system. Great consultation and advice from Glenn and Nigel. Have a system that I can use efficiently to serve "whole of house" needs. Joel worked with his team and work done in half a day! Michelle and Glenn provided great admin and experience in making it a most enjoyable experience.

Many years prior - we required Alpha & Omega AC to relocate our outdoor unit to accommodate for some construction. This task was competitively quoted and completed professionally. Hence when our ducted system failed at a very inconvenient time - we called upon Alpha & Omega AC once again. The task was again professionally quoted and completed. Our experience with A&O was nothing short of outstanding. Nigel listened to our wants, needs and concerns (two very young children), and tailored a package that suited us. The installation process was smooth and efficient, with Joel and his team professional, courteous and quick! I'd have no hesitation in recommending A&O and was more than happy to support a local business during these tough times.
