Terrible customer service, terrible communication - steer clear! I was looking for a financial services company to help me with my personal and business finances. I had a chat with Marcus on the phone who sounded very professional and arranged to meet him after hours on a Thursday. I was stood up that Thursday and never got a call the next week from Marcus or Aperio. I called and Marcus claimed to both text and email me to cancel, although I received neither. He did not call to confirm either. I thought I would give them another chance and the benefit of the doubt though as their website looked
