
At Fit For Change Personal Training in the Northern Illawarra, we offer a timetable of group fitness classes from Monday to Saturday. Fit for Change classes are designed for all fitness levels & abilities and are ideal for women & men who enjoy the motivation of training with others.
Our experienced and motivated Fit for Change trainers include Alyssa Yeo and Kerry Greenfield and we run a variety of classes including boxing, HIIT, circuit, glutes and core, strength training and running sessions.Bub number 3 was initially my excuse not to exercise, but now he's as much a part of the group as I am! Best of all, Alyssa has created an incredibly supportive, fun exercise community that keeps me coming back each week.

Alyssa has always had an interest in living a healthy lifestyle and carved out her early career as a professional dancer. After a stint working overseas, Alyssa moved back to Sydney in 2012 to pursue her goal of becoming a personal trainer.
She landed a job at the YMCA and was given the opportunity to work with many diverse groups including mums, older adults and children She also managed a program to support people with mental health disorders through physical exercise.A move to the Illawarra in 2015 enabled Alyssa to follow her passion and open Fit for Change Personal Training in Russell Vale to help busy parents find time to stay fit and healthy.

Fit for Change's 'Glutes and Core' class is a full body workout where trainer, Alyssa focuses on core and glute strength and stability. With strong glutes and core, you will see improved performance in other areas of your fitness training, as well as avoiding pain and injury particularly of the lower back.

Training for a fun run, something more serious or just wanting to improve your cardiovascular fitness? Come and try Fit for Change's running class with Alyssa. Combining a mixture of distance, intervals, hills and sand running, our running sessions will help you build distance and speed for any running goal and is suitable for beginners through to more experienced runners.
Xfit

Fit for Change's Xfit sessions are a metabolic conditioning workout and use a mixture of specific intervals and rest periods to improve overall strength and fitness. Alyssa's Xfit class will help to maximise your training performance and increase the caloric burn for hours after you finish exercising!
