When I first went in I didnt have the best experience but the lovely owner Hayley made enormous efforts to fix that! Very impressed with the customer care and very happy with my colour and cut its always good to give people a second chance and Ive been very happy to say the second time round my hair is perfect! Nothing pleasant about my experience. Had to wait 30+ mins, 3 different people doing my hair, loud and unpleasant music, terrible yellow foils which were overcooked so had to be toned down, rushed and rough and… my cut took about 2 mins. I was going to go back for colour correction but the experience was so unpleasant I decided to go elsewhere and found the lovely Magon at Picturesque Hair who did an amazing job on cut, colour and style and her premises were far more pleasant.
