Lee and Maria established Make a Difference health and fitness in 2006 with a shared vision to provide a unique service combining fitness and natural therapies. There's no one size fits all system or program with us. We take the time to to get to know you and everyone who comes to see us gets an individual program or treatment.
Gym

Make A Difference is different from the typical gym, where it's all about memberships, you get one instruction session and then you are left alone. We're not part of a franchise and there's no loud music. We are a small, friendly, family-owned gym in Cooroy. Whether you choose one-on-one personal training or a small group gym session or an exercise class, your qualified personal trainer Lee, is with you at every session.
Naturopathy

My message to my clients is that naturopathy is the practice of preventing, assessing and treating conditions of the human mind and body. It integrates conventional health science with natural and traditional medicine. Why should you see a naturopath? Our At Your Pace! group is a light exercise class aimed at older adults who want to improve and maintain mobility, strength and fitness. These affordable group sessions incorporate warm up, resistance training, cardiovascular, balance, coordination, stretching phases, plus some fun and a social side!
