Inspired by the amazing local produce of our region, our menus showcase the changing seasons in carefully created dishes by our dedicated culinary team of international head chefs. Our menus include perennial favourites such as our succulent steak, locally caught fish, oysters, and signature dishes such as the caramelised pork belly and a coconut chicken salad, as well as calamari that will melt in your mouth.

Bistro C offers a stunning, modern and bright location for your wedding. We offer a number of packages and couples can work with our team to create their dream day. Our beautifully appointed dining room opens directly onto the white sands of Noosa Beach, with the ever changing coloured waves of the Pacific Ocean the perfect backdrop for photos.

Our open and light soaked dining room will bring a relaxed and chic atmosphere to any event or function. Bistro C is available for weddings, cocktail parties, functions and events, and can create a beautiful setting for a beachside cocktail party, to an informal business breakfast. Our dining space can cater for groups up to 135 seated or 175 for Cocktail event, with parts of the dining room, to the entire floor able to be booked.
