Michelle and Colin had thorough knowledge and confidence in what they were designing for us from day one. Their interpersonal and oral communication is impeccable - always an answer at the end of the line and happy to meet on site. When we moved to Hervey Bay we decided to purchase a block of land and build our new home. Having a house building budget below $300,000 Val and I were initially reluctant to approach such prestigious builders as Colin and Michelle thinking we could not afford them. How wrong we were! A friend insisted that we at least talk to them and thats the best thing we did. At the initial meeting we were deeply impressed by Colins and Michelles obvious enthusiasm, their commitment to quality and their outright professionalism. And things only got better from there! Today we have a beautiful individual home, architect-designed to our requirements

Colin and Michelle are such a wonderful team and I cant thank them enough for the fabulous home they built for me in Hervey Bay. Their reputation for quality construction of homes attracted me in the first place, but for me it was the attention to detail and genuine care for me and my plans that impressed me most during the building phase. Colin is always on-site, which means that any issues or potential problems are quickly addressed.
