Services
Mobile Physiotherapy
Our mobile physiotherapy service brings expert musculoskeletal care directly to your doorstep across Brisbane Bayside and Redlands. Specialising in post-surgical rehabilitation, chronic pain management, and workplace injuries, we utilise manual therapy techniques including soft tissue massage, joint mobilisation, and dry needling. Each session incorporates tailored exercise prescription that utilises your home environment for effective self-management. This service particularly benefits clients with mobility limitations, post-natal women, and those with transport challenges. All treatments are conducted with portable equipment to maintain clinical standards in any setting.
McKenzie Method
The McKenzie Method provides systematic assessment and treatment for spinal and extremity pain conditions. Through comprehensive mechanical diagnosis, we identify specific movement patterns that alleviate symptoms and develop self-treatment strategies. This evidence-based approach effectively addresses disc injuries, joint dysfunction, and nerve-related pain. As a credentialed practitioner, I implement proven protocols that reduce reliance on passive treatments while empowering patients with active management techniques. The method's emphasis on patient participation often accelerates recovery and prevents recurrence through targeted postural correction and movement re-education.
Clinical Pilates
Clinical Pilates sessions utilise reformer and trapeze table equipment for targeted musculoskeletal rehabilitation. This low-impact exercise system improves core stability, postural alignment, and movement quality through controlled resistance training. Sessions address pre/post-natal conditions, chronic back pain, sports injuries, and post-surgical recovery. Each program begins with a musculoskeletal assessment to identify individual requirements, followed by progressive exercises that enhance strength, flexibility, and body awareness. The equipment-based approach allows precise modification to accommodate various ability levels while maintaining therapeutic effectiveness for both rehabilitation and performance enhancement.
Dance Physiotherapy
Specialised dance physiotherapy addresses the unique demands of ballet and contemporary dance training. Services include pre-pointe assessments measuring joint range and muscular strength, injury rehabilitation for ankle/foot pathologies, and hypermobility management. We work closely with dance educators to facilitate safe return-to-training protocols following injury. Treatment incorporates biomechanical analysis, technique correction, and dance-specific conditioning programs. Our approach balances injury prevention strategies with performance enhancement techniques, ensuring dancers maintain technical proficiency while addressing soft tissue imbalances and movement inefficiencies that contribute to overuse injuries.
Musculoskeletal Assessment
Comprehensive musculoskeletal assessments form the foundation of effective treatment planning. Through detailed history taking and physical examination, we identify movement impairments, strength deficits, and postural dysfunctions contributing to pain and disability. The evaluation process incorporates standardised testing protocols to determine tissue involvement and establish prognosis. For dance clients, assessments include joint range measurements compared to age-specific norms and technical ability evaluations. These findings directly inform individualised treatment programs that integrate manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and patient education to address both symptoms and underlying mechanical causes.

I had a course of physiotherapy and dry needling sessions for my tight hip flexors with Belinda. Belinda is a great listener and she makes you feel at ease instantly. After the initial assessment, she set me exercises to do at home between appointments and followed this up thoroughly each session. I highly recommend her dry needling. It worked wonders for me! I am now back to running and exercising comfortably. Thank you Belinda!
