My wife and I had our honeymoon night here back in May, 2021. I have stayed at the retreat over 11 times, with the original owners and with Melanie and Roger and I have never once been disappointed. Many times… as a child and i still have the most fond memories. It only felt right to spend the first 2 nights of our new chapter here. We had the most wonderful night. We showed up late that night with the fireplace lit and the cottage warm, fresh bread on the counter with spreads and other condiments. As we wound down for the night, we were able to enjoy a warm bath in the newly renovated bathroom

Even in the flooding rain, no power, no reception. We were warm, had BBQ, water n bathroom with a generator. Beautiful area. Peaceful.

Oh my goodness I’ve just arrived here only two hours ago and the serenity of this place is amazing! Looking forward to spending this weekend with my family in this amazing place! Highly recommend and it’s amazing value for your money!
