This company apparently went into liquidation in the last 18 months. There has been things which the builder is responsible fixing but have decided to use this loop hole to get away... I still have outstanding structural leak issues which this company refuses to fix. Please stay away from this company

Un-professional company. We sought a quote from Ducon and had a lengthy on site visit by project manager Tom Robertson. After 1 month waiting for the quote, nothing. 6 weeks still nothing. We emailed then phoned and SMS'd Tom and never got 1 reply. We then contacted Ducon head office in Clayton and still no returned emails or calls. If they didn't want to supply a quote, thats fine, but have the decency to tell the client. But then to dodge and ignore your enquires, tells you what sort of company this is. Don't waste your precious time with this unprofessional company.
