Unbelievably rude, angry and abrupt receptionist, who made a mistake and tried to blame it on me because she didn't check her answerphone to see I left a msg cancelling. Her tone was unbelievably rude. She went on to say I should have rang another number when I only had the one and some made up.story how she was going to check who I was a patient of etc etc when all along she knew full well, very distressing all round. Really needs to be replaced. Never in all my years have I come across such a miserably angry individual.

The receptionist was extremely rude with no sympathy at all. Her manner was appalling. I hope management take note and give her the training and support needed to improved her behaviour. Her name is Deborah.
