Services
Physiotherapy
Our physiotherapists diagnose and treat musculoskeletal conditions using manual therapy, exercise prescription, and advanced pain management techniques. We specialise in sports injuries, workplace rehabilitation, and chronic pain management. Patients benefit from individualised treatment plans that restore mobility, reduce discomfort, and prevent future injuries through targeted strengthening and movement retraining.
Clinical Pilates
Tailored pilates programs improve core stability, posture, and functional movement patterns. Sessions use reformer equipment and mat-based exercises to address rehabilitation needs, enhance athletic performance, and alleviate back pain. Our physiotherapists modify exercises for all fitness levels, ensuring safe progression while building strength and flexibility for long-term musculoskeletal health.
Orthotics
Custom foot orthotics are designed using CAD/CAM technology to correct biomechanical imbalances. This service addresses gait abnormalities, plantar fasciitis, and lower limb pain through precision-crafted devices that improve alignment and reduce joint stress. Follow-up adjustments ensure optimal comfort and effectiveness for daily activities and sports performance.
Pain Recovery Group
This evidence-based program combines physiotherapy education with psychological strategies to manage persistent pain. Participants learn about pain neuroscience, engage in graded exercise, and practice mindfulness techniques to reduce sensitivity. The multidisciplinary approach helps individuals regain function and reduce reliance on pain medications through group support and self-management skills.
Antenatal Care
Specialised physiotherapy addresses musculoskeletal discomfort during pregnancy, including back pain, pelvic instability, and postural strain. Treatment incorporates manual therapy, tailored exercise programs, and postural education to enhance comfort and prepare for labour. Post-natal rehabilitation focuses on restoring core strength, addressing diastasis recti, and managing breastfeeding-related neck strain for a full recovery.

I went in having a lower back pain and was consulted by Rachael. She gave me a number of exercises and taught me how to perform them at home. She was extremely friendly and patient with me. It's been about 2 weeks now and there is no more pain there and it has healed. I would highly recommend using them next time.

Suffering from Vertigo. Had an appointment with Eugenia who performed and taught me the Epley Manouveur as well as other exercises. It did make a difference and after a good nights sleep I was able to resume bike riding today. Thank you Eugenia.

Ben is a great physio - especially for chronic pain issues. Generally able to get appointments during the day and also in the evenings. There are pilates classes run here, and myotherapy is also available. This is a nice new building with stairs and elevator access. There is disabled parking available outside the main doors. There is plenty of free parking in the shopping centre itself.

Went for my first session today with Michael and couldnt recommend higher, instant relief from 3 months of shoulder pain. Being a sceptic of physios all this time from reviews from other people this has definitely changed my thinking. Iv heard stories about people going every week for years and still no improvement but thats not the case here, great work and will be a regular client!

I am a very happy customer of Hills Physio Emerald who have kept me working so I can keep my customers happy! With a combination of Dupuytrens in the hands and a shoulder problem it has taken some serious physio. I'm now rehabilitating after the shoulder operation while Ben returns my shoulder to the range of movement I need. Friendly staff, expert opinion and work, if one has to have physio this is the place :-)
