We went to auction for a house and they were able to review the contract and make suggestions prior to the auction date. We were unsuccessful then but when we were actually successful a few weeks later, Monique helped us through the process, she was quick to perform the searches, answered any questions I had promptly and she was easy to get hold of. I really appreciate her and the MAP team taking away some of the stress!

We went to MAP Lawyers because we were referred to Megan. However, we never worked with Megan. We are not happy with MAP Lawyers, since from the beginning critical mistakes happened. For instance, they did a council search for a wrong property. We found out when they send us the council search results, and thus, they had to re-do the council search. They delivered the council search for the correct property only on the due date. That stressed us out a lot and delayed us when time was of an essence. Also, they mentioned the critical dates just at the beginning and never send reminders. We ended

Right from the outset we received great advice, especially as we live offshore and certain property ownership rules applied that we were unaware of. We also received sound, prompt advice on a number of other points, such as insurance, that differed from our expectations, as well as a full upfront step-by-step explanation of what needed to happen and when. Jenny, Tessa and the rest of the team were very helpful with everything we needed in regards to our purchase conveyancing before, during and after.
