No, however we do a meal delivery to your room from the Cattleman's Rest Steak House Monday to Saturday, except Public Holidays. Yes we have a guest laundry situated in the centre of the front block of units, washing powder is supplied free of charge and both Washing machine and dryer are coin operated.

It’s the little touches that make the difference between motels of specific category. This one was comfy enough but lack the little touches that could help a tired traveller. No microwave nor cutlery or crockery or a jug of cold drinking water in the fridge. Some travellers do bring their own food due to special dietary requirements and may need a microwave oven for heating up food or milk.
We were assigned a twin-bed accommodation then was told to not use the other bed or we will be charged extra.

Incredibly rude lady at reception. Rooms 12 and 13 old and shabby unlike rooms advertised on Heritage Lodge web site. Air cons in both rooms dont work Room 12 air con still hasnt been fixed since last year. One star for great water pressure in shower. We are disappointed that they don't provide the same service to all their customers.

The reception staff were rude and the rooms were not cleaned properly as we found a dirty sock under the cupboard. Was cooking breakfast in the kitchen area and had the reception lady come over and get up us for using the wrong items. Only needed to say sorry what you are using isn’t for public use and that would of been fine but was very rude and told us you should of come and asked.

Lovely rooms, great atmosphere. Friendly service and tremendous effort to help with an autistic child guest. Having USB ports beside the bed is a wonderful touch (and greatly appreciated). Our room had the single beds in a room separated (from the adult bed) by a sliding door, allowing me to watch TV and not keep up my son. The biscuits were a great touch and very enjoyed. The view was perfect.
