For over 10 years Pauline has been an invaluable source of information and friendly advice, guiding our carpet steam cleaning, window cleaning & general cleaning business into its current success. Pauline and all of her staff have never been anything but courteous, professional and friendly! Unusual & untimely requests are always dealt with pleasantly and professionally. For someone who is suppose to be a professional Pauline spoke very poorly to my husband whilst he was trying to understand how the tax process works for people in his industry. Nkt only that when we asked a question about claiming over night allowance etc she very abruptly said she refuses to claim that for anyone her reason was fair however once she finished her reasoning she handed back my husbands paper work rudely and pretty much told us to go regardless of us wanting to continue to use her service. We will never use her services and i would not recommend her services to anyone especially those
