We require 24-hour notice for cancellations. Missed appointments without notice incur a 50% booking deposit charge to cover scheduling disruptions.

Kat is amazing! She is knowledgeable and professional but also friendly and caring. She has helped me through a horrendous neck issue many years ago and again recently after putting my back out.
